About me
I am an undergraduate studying Film Production with producing experience in short film and promotional video projects. In addition to screenwriting my own scripts and collaborating with creative writers.
As a producer, I have taken responsibility for arranging and scheduling shoots, creating budget breakdowns, pitching and occasionally casting actors.
Recently, I have completed preproduction on a new short film "The Ghost Who Played The Piano" that I am creatively collaborating with film students at Westminster University as a producer and screenwriter.
Having studied Film academically for 4 years, I have experience undertaking theoretical research for projects that require me to search for resources, look into any specific case-studies or create a portfolio containing text/visual sources.
My ambition is to be working in freelancing/internship opportunities that will help me grow as a working professional in the film industry.

I have completed my second year of my course and am predicted a First.
The course has allowed me to gain experience is various film roles such as cinematography, editing, screenwriting, sound and directing through practical workshops, film-shoot assignments and lectures.
I will be entering my third year starting production on my Final Major Project (15-20 minute Short Film) and taking on work experience as part of my degree course.

The course introduced me to the basics of film-making and academic study into a mix of set subjects and my own independent research.
My set subjects were experimental film, expanded video, urban cinema, 60s american and british cinema, and social realism.
My independent study consisted of my own case studies into filmmakers and video-artists such as Stanley Kubrick, Bill Viola, Joan Jonas, Celine Sciamma and Alfred Hitchcock.
