DUTIES
Analysing the client's core message and target audience, identifying key messages and how best to communicate them.
Brainstorming visual and copy ideas with other members of the creative team
Writing, proofreading and editing all copy on www.spatone.com.
Stakeholder management
Key achievements: Completely overhauling their web copy to ensure that the message was core message was conveyed in a clearer and more direct manner and with a much shorter word count. At the time of writing the onsite bounce rate seems to have dropped from 52% to 37%.

At the end of 2016 I worked a short contract at Disney to build webpages for their Disney Store EU websites. They were in the process of rolling out a new service across Europe that would allow children to have Disney themed birthday parties.

Copywriting and proofreading of copy on the company’s Disney Shop UK webpages
Web content management of the company’s European websites.
Working on key messages with stakeholders.
Key achievements: Helping the company to navigate its busy Christmas period while creating hundreds of webpages and web assets to strict deadlines.
