I have a BA(Hons) Product Design Degree, and are a multi-skilled designer, UX /UI design,er and front-end web developmer.
I have worked in the design Industry, designing product packaging, graphics, branding, sub- branding, print and digital collateral for major high street names and charities.
Following a career break i have re-skilled extending my knowledge to include digital product, UX , UI design and also Frontend Web Development.
I was awarded my Google Professional Certificate in UX design after successfully completing and graduating from the course in March of 2022, being one of the first people in the U.K. to complete this certificate.
I have also completed a level 6 Bootcamp in Web Development with Bath Spa University as part of the Government digital Skills initiative .
I am actively seeking employment within a design role, I am particularly interested in continuing my UX /UI journey and I am looking forward to getting back into the work place.
Projects
- Oxford Blooms UI Design and DevelopmentOxford Blooms are an independent florist who needed a mobile App for customers placing one off orders or subscriptions of flowers. This is a personal project, which grew from a 'Meetups' UX / UI talk on colour theory in UI design, the main focus of the App was on developing a UI colour pallet and colour system from a primary pallet. The app was to be welcoming and easy to use. and inline with AA web accessibility contrast standards.
- The reading coach App and responsive website - UX case StudyApp and responsive website to help teach adults to read, created as part of the Google UX professional Certification. 8 million adults in the UK struggle to learn to read, the reading coach is a digital App and responsive website which is aimed at helping adults who have missed out on learning to read earlier on in life. Responsibilities included user research, UX design, Ui design, User personas, user flows, wireframing, prototyping, user testing and itteratng.
- Wilson Organic Pet Food - UX StudyResponsive Website created as part of the Google UX professional Certification. Concentrating on the UX and UI of the order tracking flow system. Responsibilities included User research, Interviews, Paper and digital wireframes, low and hi-fidelity prototyping, Ui Design, user testing, and iteration.

I have also just completed a level 6 web de elopement bootcamp with Bath Spa University.
