Over the last 2 years I have had the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, including branding and identity creation, trend forecasting, packaging, point of sale and product ideation. As Creative Manager my role has been to analyse client briefs, project plan, determine creative direction and to manage the design process by working closely and collaboratively with my team of 8 designers. My design team at PowerStation recently included a motion graphic artist and digital designer, so I enjoy learning how to plan and direct multifaceted design projects. PowerStation has given me the opportunity to work on a variety of entertainment brands across film, tv, music and lifestyle. Including Disney, Mattel, KISS, Nickelodeon, Miramax, BBC and NBC. I love to be a hands-on creative, crafting designs that tells a story across many demographics and markets. My strengths lie in communication, team motivation and creative vision. I want to continue to grow as supportive and innovative creative leader. Areas I would like to develop would be in digital, experiential and larger scale campaigns.
