    Due to the subsequent impact of the Coronavirus pandemic, mass redundancies & restructuring of the business had taken place across the globe in order to save the company. Unfortunately my role was made redundant. I was promoted to this role, which incorporates all of my Design Studio Assistant duties in addition to the below: • Line Manager to the Design Studio CAD assistant. • Introduce and implement the Hunter archive and the management of inventory. • Create the Design Team seasonal critical paths. • Management of the In-house styling wardrobe. • Assist the Design Director with styling, model castings, look book, ecom and campaign shoots as well as our bi-annual conference. • Organisation of our bi-annual conference set up.

    Responsible for shaping and leading the organisation of the Design Studio: • Keeping track of the Design Team budgets. • Managing the Design Director’s diary. • Responsible for booking travel for the Design Team. • General administrative duties for the Design Director & Design Team. • Assisting in competitor research, CAD updates and presentations. • Ensuring regular liaison with the PD, Creative, Marketing & PR teams. • Ensuring clear and concise communication with suppliers whilst building and maintaining close working relationships. • Assist in meeting and greeting visitors for the Design Team. • Organising internal/external meetings for the Design Team. • Carrying out regular checks/ visits to the offsite lock up. • Continuously clearing out design cupboard, sorting product to the lock up, sample sale, warehouse, factories or recycling. • Organising sample sale.
