Plan, evaluate, organize and direct the activities of the conference and exhibition in all aspects
Produce detailed proposals for events (e.g. timelines, venues, suppliers, staffing and budgets, marketing campaign, sales strategies)
Researching markets to identify opportunities for events
Coordinate with the relevant ministries or bilateral donors, supporters of the project
Sales (Sponsorship, Delegates and Advertisement)
