- Planned shoots for different London events. Plotted the storyline of the short films,
analyze the potential customers, and adapt their brand into the story.
- Created visually engaging to meet the client brief. Prepared for the pitch from
selected topics and planned in line with client requirements.
Organizational skills:
- Built a 1000 talent library for the influencers across different social platforms.
- Cast and scheduled 60 talents in a day for commercial filming, finding talents from
different areas including Fine Art, Music, Architect, and Dancing.
- Sorted out the shooting schedule, budget, call sheets, shot lists, location permission,
props, wardrobes, travel expenses, and risk assessments.
- Producing for Bosideng commercial projects: Successfully organized five different
short films in one month.
- Location managing: Asked different location filming permission throughout London.
Location scouting including Scotland, Switzerland, and France.
Communication skills:
- Contacted influencers for their quotes, successfully invited 10 talents to co-operate
with the Bosideng Brand with a low or 0 budget.
- Found talents from different unis, cast them to offer the client a broader option.
- Experience of working with celebrities from China (Weibo fans 1000k+)
- Built and maintained strong working relationships with clients in China and the
talents in the UK.

- Guided and mentor the new interns
- Successfully being retained among the initial 10 interns, being offered job as a freelancer for the company.
