A reliable architecture graduate with a range of experiences in retail and freelance design, seeking an entry level position in a relevant creative industry. Detail orientated with excellent time management and organisational skills, having worked for a degree alongside a part time role and seasonal work. Very strong written and verbal communication having achieved a first in all written modules.
I am competent in a range of softwares including Adobe Suite and 3D modelling programmes such as SketchUp and Revit.

Bachelor’s of Arts in Architecture with upper second class honours, having also completed a dissertation achieving a first. My dissertation focused on implementing green spaces into urban environments, specifically urban farms, primarily for mental health but also to reduce CO2 emissions from transporting food across large cities. This reduces air pollution, and therefore not only benefits mental health but also physical health.
I used this research in my final year design project to design affordable housing surrounded by green and blue space. I looked at an urban environment in central London that had unhealthily high levels of air pollution. I based the urban scheme on the original river that ran through the area, and replaced busy unsafe roads with canals, and pockets of green spaces surrounded by sustainable housing.
