• Led the app push-notification team, and worked with them to ideate, setup, run, analyse and report on push campaign experiments led to an increase in open rates in the UK, and 100% increase in Germany.
• Researched new push-notification systems, and worked with marketing and technical teams to build requirements and begin implementing the new system.
• Created banners on the mobile site to promote the app – leading to a ~15% increase in installs. I developed use cases, worked with the design team, and ran experiments to optimise conversion rates.
• Utilised user feedback and competitor analysis to present potential app features to the Head of Growth.
• Analysed app performance using Excel and SQL, and reported to the CCO and Head of Growth.
