Managed a budget of 100K for building out the studio with videography and photography equipment, including installing a server.
Owned the video and photography production process for all Unmind content including treatments, shot lists, visual punctuation, setting up shoots, operating all cameras and cinematography, instilling best practices.
Handled client briefs and partnered with creative and production teams to ensure content projects were completed to brief, time and budget.
Handled the hiring of freelancers and rental equipment, building relationships with people and kit houses.
Collaborated with creative and production teams and stakeholders to ensure there was good communication and clarity around production at all times.
Filmed professional, high-quality work for the website and social media such as Instagram and LinkedIn.
Took charge of all equipment on shoots when setting up, packing down and throughout.
Maintained the equipment inventory and solved any problems with the kit.

I managed Citi’s London Video Studio and had an active role in all of Citi’s Global Public Services content created.
Filming and working with C suite executives and extremely wealthy visitors. This content was then shared on Citi’s website and social media. We also filmed classified information to be viewed by Citi’s institutional clients.
Working alongside producers and creative briefs to plan and execute an idea from beginning to end.
Setting up, filming and handing audio. I handled everything from live events, lighting, audio, voice overs, set design, green screen, Teleprompters, and file management.
We used a Tricaster 460 with 3 Sony PTZ cameras and various other cameras such as two Sony FS7’s, one A7R II and a Canon C300 and 5D.
I oversaw all equipment; managed the maintenance and buying of new equipment, logging equipment in and out using a computer logging system.
