Content Manager
My role here is to manage the content for the digital marketing team. I manage the social media for eviivo and the sister company Toprooms. I also manage the blog and write several email campaigns per week pulling a specific set of leads from the CRM system. I work closely with the R&D, sales, customer service and retention teams to work on marketing the company and giving a better service to the customers. I also work with the international teams and have built them a website in their language and I send email marketing campaigns for them. I manage a PR and SEO company and am the lead contact for any website or copy that is published on our behalf. I lead many board meetings, to show the rest of the business what we have planned for the year. I also help organize many events including an awards night where I was solely responsible for the background slides for my CEO’s ad-libbed speech. The marketing team was a brand new department when I joined so I determined a brand voice, re-wrote their entire website and have written them two e-books, I have also doubled their Twitter followers with successful competitions and customer feedback surveys to see how we can improve their experience of us.
