About me
I am currently in my third year at Norwich University of the Arts, studying Graphic Design. I am currently moving into my final term. I will be focusing my projects on brand identity, packaging and editorial deign.
Work history
Customer Assistant
A part time weekend position where I work with customers to help receive the best possible customer service. My job role also includes cash handling, working to deadlines to get various tasks completed, tidying and stock replenishment. Customer service is key to the job, and the main focus.
Retail Assistant

A part time position which fitted around my education. My job roles included cash handling, warehouse deliveries, stock replenishment. Also other roles included tasks of visual merchandising the windows to suit the months trends and themes. Customer service is key to this job role to make sure customers received excellent service through out their shopping experience from walking into the door to entering the fitting rooms, from paying to leaving the store.
