    I was delighted to be asked return to GT to fill this role after having worked so well with the team during my undergraduate year in industry as the Studio Manger and Design Assistant. This management position includes but is not limited to the following: • Ongoing social media strategy - creating innovative and bespoke platform postings to enhance the brand, increase following and reach across all relevant social media channels • e.g. I set up a series of successful webinars that resulted in new project work for the firm • Leading communications strategy across web, email and social media - ensuring all campaigns are co-ordinated and follow company branding • As part of the sales team, research and outreach to potential leads making sure to follow up and convert to potential pipeline clients • Review communications from competitors and similar markets to ensure current and individual brand tone and messaging • To assist in business development from a brand and process perspective • Develop reporting and performance management practice regarding social media and web performance, ultimately producing actionable targets from analytics. • Consolidating the overall Brand in terms of messaging and visuals and ensuring this flows through all types of communication generated by the wider team. • Contribute to creating brand content for Clients • Graphic design work for print and web, often in high pressure and deadline oriented projects and presentations • Consult and implement on changes to the website - continuous research and implementation of best practice for user experience and SEO

A multi-modal approach to Critical Discourse Analysis, exploring brand and marketing for body hair products using inference of political alignment. Covering areas such as intersectionality, postfeminism, cause related marketing and performativity, the research provides an understanding of body hair cultures and the implications of these factors in brand and advertising strategy.
