• Acted as the key point of contact for the UK CEO and organise the day to day management of her diary. • Liaised with clients and suppliers on various high profile events and built strong working relationships. • Held responsibility for planning and running the Agency Events & Marketing program. This included Wimbledon, Private dinners with Lord Saatchi, Soho House Festival Guestlist. • Planned and coordinated corporate hospitality events for our key clients as well as agency internal events. • Managed and kept the client event database up to-date. • Develop good working partnerships with third party agencies to source marketing, PR, advertising and new business opportunities for the Agency. • Worked closely with the new business team preparing on Powerpoint pitch decks. • Coordinated and project managed new business pitches with setting up a timeline schedule, working closely with Account Handling and Project Management. • Manage a variety of Evenst such as: • Brain Tumour Charity - Coordinated and hosted event charity fundraising evenings and agency fun days to raise money for the Agency Group selected charity. • Movember – produced a weekly event challenge for the men to ‘Grow their Mo’ and various events to fundraise. The final week saw a party and an in house Halloween themed barber shave. • Transport for London – Coordinated and planned various events to promote a new TV campaigns as well as corporate hospitality. • House of Peroni – Coordinated a variety of client corporate hospitality evenings for M&C Saatchi clients to dine at the House whilst we promote our agency PR and Experiential development skills. • Quarterly Breakfast Clubs – Coordinated bi-monthly inspiration events for our VIP clients, hosting discussions with top industry speakers. • Monthly Inspiration Events– Coordinated and planned industry agency talks with inspiring speakers to help inspire creative thinking in the agency. • Management Away Days – Coordinated and planned senior management conference days. • Operational – Worked closely with the Executive Creative Director to plan and design new working space layouts as well as working with IT to manage budgets of supplying new computers to the agency. • Reception – Managed the reception team to host events and deliver a first class client service experience to our agency guests.
• Be the point of contact for the Managing Partner and Executive Planning Director. • Managed tight schedules, coordinating travel and built strong relationships with clients, senior management and agency teams. • Read through trade press and be aware of upcoming campaigns, briefs and pitches. • Respond to requests for New Business and prepare, coordinate and project manage RFI tenders. • Support and set up all New Business meetings that occur in the Agency – including making sure the rooms are set up correctly, preparing any necessary documentation and ensure that audio visual components are working. • Project managed and coordinated industry awards such as B&T, Ad News and Campaign, managing the process of production and design with internal amends and approvals. • Managed and coordinated presentations for pitches and industry events along with supporting material, amending, formatting and binding reports, presentations and pitch documents to pitch deadlines.
