As senior programmer, I contributed to CH's diverse portfolio of programs and events, from ideation to execution. This included researching and pitching programming ideas, booking qualified presenters, and developing programmatic partnerships. Within this role, I negotiated contracts, serve as the main point of contact for presenters and partners, and manage the relationship with CH's book partner, Seminary Co-op. Additionally, I contributed to the creation of the department’s budget and supervised the program coordinator.

As the donor engagement manager, I designed strategies to connect donors to the CSOA community and produced unique content for donor events. I also implemented stewardship strategies for major donors, managed video projects, and coordinated donor events during CSO international and national patrons' tours. Additionally, I oversaw The Helen and Richard Thomas Donor Gallery and provided planning support for audience development events in collaboration with marketing colleagues.
