My role was to maintain the company’s website by regularly producing enticing copy, write the monthly newsletters, conducting and writing interviews with designers, increasing search engine optimisation by rewriting designer bios and coming up with new ideas for articles.

Worked alongside the editors in preparation for the October issue. Pitched topic ideas for box outs (side bars) for features, once the topic was agreed on I thoroughly researched and wrote the box outs. My week at SFX gave me an insight of what it was like writing for magazines, improving my skill on deciding what’s important for the reader.
