• Key member of the core team tasked with organising The Conversation, an annual cultivation and fundraising gala dinner in its 4th year for 400 high net worth individuals and celebrity guests.
• As Producer my role in the team included the end to end planning and implementation of the event with particular duties around the securing of alcohol and chocolate sponsors and leading on creative design and sourcing.
• Participating in meetings with the Senior Management Team, site visits, tastings and so on.
• Project managing the design, production and implementation of the set design from inception to completion.
• Planning and coordinating logistics, budgeting, team management and sourcing of all materials, suppliers and contractors.
• Liaising and managing the working relationship and expectations between the senior management team of the charity and the set design team.
• Hiring a team of 10 creatives; designers, prop makers and carpenters to produce the set design over a period of 6 weeks.
• Working with the Creative Director and the National Youth Theatre Producer on the use of the props for their performance.
