·· Collaborate with Marketing Operations & Procurement partners to align on prop needs and place seasonal buys to support stores for real estate changes & replenishment needs. ·· Partner with the Real Estate team and strategic planning to identify, define & record accurate fleet information based on props, fixtures & floor plan data, while owning the update process of that data in FileMaker. ·· Interpret the fleet information in order to more accurately allocate props & 2D marketing. ·· Creating comparative and research driven spreadsheets in Excel to uncover and analyze short and long term opportunities based on business priorities and objectives. ·· Creating and issuing purchase orders & label requests for all seasonal props. ·· Responsible for allocating seasonal props based on daily damage reporting. ·· Support the primary prop program by analyzing and summarizing monthly damage cycle reports, while publishing monthly & quarterly trends. ·· Develop & create tools to influence standard operating procedures in stores and in operations, to influence behavior & data accuracy. ·· Act as liaison to the FileMaker programmer in order to implement system enhancements, driving innovation in cost savings, tool improvements & decrease of labor hours, both in stores and within operations. ·· Support daily requests to supply and interpret Site Survey database information, as relevant to marketing needs.
