Kristen has extensive experience in cross-functional sales and marketing initiatives in the digital marketing arena with an emphasis on email and eCRM marketing. In her last role she was in an agency environment and directly supported the CEO and Vice President of Business Development in strategizing and executing lead generation, nurturing and funnel management. Kristen’s focus has been on full sales and marketing lifecycle support, leading partner co-selling and co-marketing efforts, formal RFP management and prospect scoping and proposal development that drives revenue, customer experience, loyalty and overall brand perception.
Kristen's significant other is planning on joining his company in London for an international assignment. Kristen would love to join him in London and become a part of the community.

- Partner Co-MarketingKristen has led, strategized and managed ongoing partner marketing efforts for BrightWave. Most recently she has led the Rising Tide monthly event series that features partner platforms and relationship success. The monthly series includes strategy and organization of ongoing events, content creation, marketing and overall execution leading to stronger partner relationships that pave the way for incremental co-selling and co-marketing opportunities.
- Enterprise-Level RFP ManagementKristen has led and managed multiple enterprise-level RFPs. She utilizes project management and organization skills to execute upon RFP requirements in a quick-turn environment including but not limited to pricing strategy and development, creative asset management and development, presentation development and more. In 2018, Kristen has a 100% success/win ratio for RFP participation.
