I grew up being a part of my family's business in Los Angeles where I directly assisted in leading a high-level strategy development, which included: consumer insight, brand architecture, sales, distribution and communication strategy, for QED International Company, an American-based film production studio, financier and international distributor, best known for financing and producing films "Sabotage", “Elysium”, “District 9” and “Fury”. I am a self-starter as well as a good team player with excellent organisational skills and positive attitude. Over the years, I have earned an enviable reputation of successfully projecting every product assigned to me. Thanks to my keen observation and analysis skills, I possess an ability to conceptualise promotional content in a manner that hits all the right chords with the consumer. Post my MBA graduation in 2014 I was working as a marketing and business strategy consultant and has embarked on a series of entrepreneurial endeavour at a number of successful tech, beauty and retail start-ups. In 2016, as a co-founder I supported the launch of Curated Crowd - the first integrated e-commerce digital platform dedicated to emerging fashion designers and creatives that provides funding, mentoring and a direct sales channel to their fashion patrons. It also helps fashion designers to get access to China, one of the biggest economy in the world. What’s next? There are plenty of benefits to working for yourself: the flexibility, the autonomy, the diverse experience working with different clients and industries. However, after being successful out on my own, I eventually found that I missed being part of a real team and working daily with multiple parties on a variety of assignments. After leading the closure of the A round with private and institutional investors I successfully executed marketing and PR strategies that allowed the company to build rewarding relationships with their audiences and show company’s vision of being a thought-leading brand.

• Worked closely with fashion houses to translate fashion concepts into luxury perfume launches • Originated a high-level 360° strategy for Cacharel brand re-positioning in Russia, including consumer focus, brand architecture, assortment and communication strategy (TV, outdoor advertisement, press, digital marketing, in-store merchandising and promotion activities) that resulted in profitable brand growth.
