- Citysocializer Email NewslettersAs part of my role with citysocializer I was responsible for creating newsletter campaigns including weekly event newsletters, offers and seasonal emails, for which I created the overall design, created all of the visual elements, wrote the copy and added tracking for analytics.

o Community Management: Responsible for managing the community of members and hosts, reaching out to new members, identifying the most engaged members of the community, recruiting hosts
o B2B: Forming relationships with other brands, obtaining deals for our members and running cross promotion initiatives with partners.
o Customer Care: Organising and managing the support section and responding to customer enquiries on Zendesk
o Event Management: Organising and hosting events for our UK community in London and other major cities. Liaising with venues across the UK and obtaining exclusive offers for our team of hosts.
o Video Content: Filming and editing video content for our social media channels, including videos from our events, member and street interviews.
o Photography: Assuming the role of the photographer in our events, editing and using the content on the website and social media
o Design: Designing creatives including promotional banners, vouchers and infographics for social media and newsletters, using Canva and image editing software.
