Project Management:
Management and delivery of IT Project including assistance with initiation and value identification followed by the effective delivery of planning, communication at all levels, and on-time delivery of agreed work packages to an agreed budget. Further downstream stakeholder assistance with the measurements of benefits delivery as required. Participation and input into portfolio planning and co-ordination of the development function.
Support Management:
Administration of and reporting from the Helpdesk system and CMDB to ensure that users are serviced at the appropriate priority in a timely fashion. Review and planning of support workloads, inputting into the balance between support effort and project priorities. Ensure those appropriate escalation requirements are enacted by all support parties promptly to management. Ensure adherence to ITIL best practices in information management and related areas. Assistance with a formal problem and risk identification and management.
