About me

I am a fashion and costume designer. I established my own label – SustiKKrisztA – in 2012. I love experimenting with materials and shapes. I often combine waterproof materials with cotton parts, so coolness and elegance are blended in my futuristic like clothes, reflecting my approach and personality, as one of my favourite genres is science fiction. I don’t follow a way consciuosly, I am not interested in given fashion trends, final pieces are created instinctively. I like challenges and to be inspired when I have the opportunity to work with other artists with similar visions. I love working on collective projects with musicians and in film productions. The process of creation, self-realisation and freedom are essential for me.

  LOOKBOOK - SustiKKrisztAMost of my clothings are made of waterproof fabrics. Their style is a mixture of roughnes and sporty elegance. Underneath some of these impregnated fabrics a derma-friendly inner part can be found, so goes the soft and comfortable feeling together with the defensive function.

  Burnt Forest creative projectThe aim of this project is to create a photo series where the make-up artist and the photographer reflects individually on the two outfits at a rare scene, a burned forest. These outfits had a great effect on the later pieces of my collection.

  NAGYEDI videoclip - costumeIn her videoclip, NAGY EDI is wearing my design, the waterproof long coat with big pockets and the waterproof dress . She is my friend and I like to cooperate with her.

  STRONG DEFORMITY videoclip - futuristic costumeIn the videoclip of Strong Deformity, the singer is wearing a futuristic coat designed and producted by me.

  ANNA & the BARBIES concertThis dress was designed and made for singer Anna Pásztor. With its 10 metres width it worked as a stage installation. The gigantic skirt part was applicated on a basic dress, its bottom extended, sides –like wings- hung up; this part descended from above during the show. The vision was boosted with patterns projected on the dress.

  THYSSENKRUPP creative projectUnder this project a photo series was made for the Hungarian and Slovakian calendar of Thyssenkrupp multinational company, in cooperation with Morpho Creative Agency. It made the task more exciting, that the company’s employees were photographed in the dresses, instead of models. Besides the otfits, the designer took part in finding out the conception, make-up and hairstyle.
