Executive Producer for Strelka Film Festival, one of the biggest film festivals in Moscow that premieres films from the best international film festivals (Cannes, Venice, Berlin). I coordinated a cross-department team of 15 people from design, communications, production, partnerships as well as external crowd management consultants and external subcontractors.
This festival was delivered safely, within one month, and with 10% under budget. The 2021 edition increased audiences and ticket sales by 40% in addition to playing a key role in reviving the culture scene post-Covid.

Senior ProducerV-A-C Foundation

As a Senior Producer, I coordinated the production of the Foundation's projects and programmes successfully within budget and deadlines, and within the inclusive and engaging strategy of the Foundation and the future GES-2, House of Culture. I was also responsible for communicating goals and outcomes of the projects to both internal and external stakeholders.
I successfully managed 12 projects across multiple art disciplines with budgets ranging from £10,000 to £200,000, taking responsibility for personnel, accounting, and financial management.
I also created and initiated an internal strategic workshop for V-A-C team members, aimed to analyse and reflect upon the processes and problem-solving methods used between departments, as well as to develop and adopt effective tools for their interaction.
