The DSD Program was a 21 month on-the-job professional training program geared towards high performers considering a future in design strategy. Focused on the accelerating the development of well-rounded strategists, the course included week-long intensive bootcamps, a series of online classes and special topic seminars and participation in a annual global leadership forum.
