Working for one of fashion’s top luxury sustainable brands allowed for many doors of responsibilities to be opened. Working within RÆBURN as a Team Leader at a pinnacle point in the brands history made the role highly important and respected within the team. Being one of four team members to open the brand’s first flagship retail store on Carnaby Street meant that the visual merchandising, stock organisation, administration handling and the training of new staff fell under my responsibility, alongside the head of retail. Working under such a diverse role meant multitasking was key, as well as the ability to handle multiple responsibilities from every department within a fast growing fashion brand whilst simultaneously providing the highest standards of customer service. Being a key holder for the Carnaby Street store and the studio in East London meant that all daily tasks needed to be met seamlessly whilst synchronously handling appointments with high end clients and providing tours of the brands studio space and archives.
