- Project manage all forms of Marketing teams (social media, email comms etc) to lead in person events to success.
- Support Portfolio managers and Regional Managers by producing events strategies to drive business and marketing objectives – activity to include trade conferences and exhibitions, client conferences, briefings/networking events, webinars, and hospitality.
- End to end management of in-person and virtual events globally, travelling to support when needed.
- Advise Portfolio teams and Business Units on best practice and make recommendations to improve event outcomes based on the recorded performance vs marketing and business KPIs.
- Work closely with the wider social media, marketing + communications teams to ensure the correct messaging and material is used before, during and after the event.
- Project manage weekly-biweekly meetings with the wider Marketing team to ensure targets are being met for all upcoming events globally.
- Work within digital event management systems, registration platforms and event communications systems, continuously improving all aspects of the end-to-end customer journey and driving internal efficiencies.
- Work within virtual meeting and webinar platforms (On24, Bizzabo, Teams, WebEx).
- Create feedback mechanisms, including surveys, to gather actionable feedback from events
delegates.
- Diligently monitoring and amending events budgets for multiple company business lines.
- Create event reports illustrating how each event has performed against pre-defined objectives,
capturing learning points and recommendations for future events.
- Source and review suppliers of all branded merchandise and events-related equipment
- Ensure that thorough risk assessments are carried out for all events.
- Support HR and Internal Communications colleagues in the delivery of internal staff engagement

- Develop and maintain customer success plans, charting a path to the Partner’s desired

- Pull social media statistics from partner buy-ins and report findings accordingly. Make
