Lara’s style is truly individual. Finding beauty in the strange and unusual, her work plays with the concept of mirroring the light and dark in life. She works mainly in black and white and in a variety of mediums - her fine-liner pieces are particularly skilled and intricate.   Christmas CardsFor this project i was selected to showcase my work at a local art fair, due to it being during the Christmas period i decided to create a range of Christmas cards. I used fineliner to create bespoke A5 cards and got them printed to sell on my stand.

  Summer ProjectFor My Summer project I was given 8 articles to choose from and asked to produce four editorial illustrations, these are the 4 topics I chose to do: •MoonConspiracy •Bump in the night •Pottedplantsintheoffice •The NandiBear

  CirclesIn this small self led project I wanted to visually communicate how it feels to deal with mental health issues. The illustrations are set in space and at sea to convey isolation. I wanted the viewer to experience the emotions felt by the characters and be able to relate to them.
