Creative Editor
Working on both Rachel Khoo and Khoollect as deputy editor, graphic designer and photographer.
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Working regularly with food stylist, Frankie Unsworth, shooting recipes for
Khoollect and Rachel Khoo blog and social media platforms
- Photographed the Khoollect e-cookbook, due for release summer 2016
- Shooting and categorising a bank of stock images for Khoollect to create original
and exciting content quickly and easily
- Developing creative and strategically effective digital content for web and social
media, in line with Khoollect brand guidelines and ethos
- Managing the team to ensure weekly objectives are met. Assigning tasks,
conducting weekly editorial meetings and signing off daily projects
- Controlling social media platforms – creating visuals, setting rituals, weekly
themes and campaigns based on Google keywords and community engagement
- Creating infographics based on Khoollect community polls using Adobe
Illustrator
- Using Google Analytics to study the audience, acquisition and behavior of
visitors to tailor content
- Shooting short YouTube recipe videos and Khoollect features
- Food assisting on Rachel Khoo YouTube videos
