Learnt all about wine, health and safety, and basically how to work at a restaurant from scratch, as I'd never done it before, and then went from Waitress to Restaurant Supervisor in 4 months, and then became manager 2 months later under unexpected circumstances. Time management was key, it was very important to always give our best service while keeping a tab on what's coming next. ACTUAL NAME OF COMPANY IS Fernandez&Wells, but it doesn’t show and it won’t let me add it if I write it down.
