• My main duties included managing the Jack Daniel’s UK and ROI Facebook, Instagram, Instagram Stories and Twitter pages. This involved briefing the designer and copywriter, presenting the calendar to the clients, liaising with the paid media agencies and publishing the content • I also worked on three responses-to-briefs during this time from a social strategy point of view, which were bought by the client
• My main duties at Splendid included day to day account handling of a range of clients, content and social media management, creative direction and project management. • I headed up the content calendar creation for four clients; Greggs, Wilkinson Sword, Redchurch Brewery and Big Yellow Self Storage, as well as Splendid’s own marketing channels. I managed the process through from brainstorming/ideation, to drafting copy, writing creative briefs, briefing photographers/designers, managing internal reviews, managing client reviews, publishing, liaising with paid media agencies, and community management. I directly managed a team of two – an Account Executive and a Junior Account Executive, as well as the creative team – a Photographer and a Designer. • I was the agency as the ‘go-to’ person when a member of staff needs research help, particularly for new business pitches. In my first week at Splendid, I organised and ran a social media trend forecasting presentation for the senior departments across Barclays UK, Barclaycard and Barclays Business. • My biggest success story at Splendid is account managing the Vegan Sausage Roll video campaign, which achieved blanket media coverage and smashed all KPIs.
