• Create and develop all campaign briefs ready for tender
• Project manage the execution and delivery of each campaign
• Present all campaign assets to the global head office at monthly team meeting
• Manage the total marketing budget, including raising purchase orders and monitoring spend against each budget line
• Organise and distribute all product pack shots for ecommerce, retailers and distributors
• Deliver campaign guidelines to all internal and external teams to ensure alignment across all outputs
• Work directly with the US accounts on delivering all assets, including instore outposts, POS material and all assets for online execution
• Assist the Global Brand Director in rolling out and delivering the global brand strategy
• Work directly with the US PR agency ensuring they have all assets and collateral to successfully increase brand exposure
• Work with the Head of Marketing and UK PR agency on all PR launch events, including the biggest launch of 2018 onboard the Belmond British Pullman Train
• Assist and attend brand awareness events, including the Telegraph Whisky Event and Sparkle in the City Ball
• Manage all the Marketing folders and am the ‘go to’ contact internally and externally for all assets
• Create competitor matrix’s to present to the Product Development Manger

• Work directly with in house and external designer to ensure all campaign assets are created/ reworked for all secured opportunities within a timely manner
• Organise and execute the biannual company conference, including venue sourcing, travel logistics and catering
• Drive a positive brand reputation and ensure maximum exposure through scheduled weekly meetings with UK PR agency
• Produce marketing collateral including postcards, event invites and lightboxes using Adobe InDesign
• Resize all product pack shots ready for retailers and distributors using Adobe Photoshop
• Organise all internal and external perfume masterclasses
• Work closely with a number of UK charities providing support across a variety of events including sampling, marketing collateral, event presence and arranging perfume raffle/ auction prizes
• Produce and format presentations for the Global Brand Director
• Work directly with operations to manage the annual perfume gifting/ PR allocation
• Assist the Product Development Manager in the reviewing and proofing of certain artwork
