I started in this role as a sales assistant and was promoted to senior sales. Bicester Village is a designer outlet close to Oxford which has very high end stores including Gucci and Burberry and Reiss. Only the highest customer service is expected in every store and the clientele received by the village is very high end. Customers come to the Village to spend high amounts of money and you must exceed their high expectations. My senior sale role included opening and closing the store, setting an example to the other staff, opening and closing the store, giving exceptional customer service to each customer, ensuring the shop floor is up to standards and replenished, money mapping, paperwork, interviewing and hiring staff.
