Therapy Box Ltd. is a leading app development company in the AAC (augmentative and alternative communication) sector. During my 12-month internship, I undertook actions relating to the company’s marketing, events, and social media. Utilising the skills I had garnered thus far during my two years at university, I applied my existing knowledge and abilities to my work, whilst simultaneously broadening my understanding of the marketing landscape. Taking on new roles as I proved my capability, I soon became responsible for running all the company’s social media channels, and organised a two-day event for over 100 attendees. Representing the company at overseas events and presenting our products at large conferences was an aspect of my internship that I very much enjoyed and appreciated.
