- Keeping organised in order to keep up with the workflow, and being able to work well under pressure and to meet strict deadlines.
- Colour correcting, designing, proofing and ordering Photographic prints, albums and all large wall art.
- Providing excellent 5 star customer service in person, by telephone and email.
- Creative retouching using Adobe
Photoshop/Lightroom.
- Answering customer queries about Photo sessions/viewings, prices and products.
- Building and maintaining a relationship with suppliers.
- Maintaining the Photography studio and office including changing backdrops and ordering office stationary.
- Management of social media accounts including Twitter and Instagram.
- Quality checking products, packaging and dispatching orders.
- Assisting photographers in photoshoots.
- Creative input into marketing/advertisement.
