● Plan and execute the marketing strategy across the UK, Hong Kong and China markets, delivering this across more than x150 doors with a consistent brand message via engaging and innovative promotions to increase sales and drive conversion ● Project manage and coordinate all brand enhancing partnerships to support the business at key consumption periods and drive LFL sales including; planning, logistics, budget management and communications ● Key contact for the Digital Agency ensuring that content is filtered out via the appropriate channels and all activity via paid search, email, SEO, social media and retargeting is analysed ● Coordinate with the PR agencies for each market to deliver all press material, plan the KOL strategy, and research new opportunities to grow brand awareness while understanding their return on investment ● Communicate directly with magazine titles such as Grazia, Stylist, and Hello! to secure print ads throughout the year and increase brand interest within the UK ● Responsible for the upkeep and communication of the marketing calendar and overall marketing budget, ensuring all activity is planned and delivered on time and within budget ● Plan, Implement and attend the bi-annual wholesale selling events, press events to launch new collections each season, as well as the Television Bafta awards with CARAT* as the official jewellery sponsor ● Central point of contact for the UK wholesale accounts, supporting the various teams and ensuring any localised marketing activity is on brand with the aim of driving footfall and sales ● Oversee the planning and future implementation of the CARAT* Loyalty program, liaising with the Ecommerce and Merchandising teams, planning on brand promotions to maximise customer loyalty ● Coordinate detailed campaign reviews as well as competitor activity analysis, and reviewing past performance of events and promotions, providing recommendations to for future activity
