  Gestural PortraitureMost successful works produced throughout my time at Loughborough University. My technique has developed through exploration of different materials, including epoxy resin (second image).
• Oil Painting Commissions
• Revelry Artwork and PromotionRevelry are a London based rock trio with an unstoppable force. Playing at Boardmasters in August 2018, they have since released two singles and played various shows. I have worked with them exclusively to produce album artwork and gig posters.
• Photographic PortraitureCompleted as part of my final project at Loughborough University, these photgraphs and edits were taken with the intention of highlighting the vulnerabilities faced by the contemporary millennial woman. There is a juxtaposition faced between these vulnerabilities behind identity and the strength in colour and aesthetics whilst composing the photos.
• Amorla MerchandiseAmorla are a British metal band based in Southampton. These are the most recent commissioned designs for their ucoming merchandise release.
• Loughborough University Arts Degree Show 2018This series encapsulates the beauty behind the untold anxieties of the modern millennial woman. Abject elements of ourselves which are seen to defy the conventions of traditional femininity are instead celebrated and nurtured, encouraging us to question whether true beauty is found within facades on social media, or whether it, in fact, remains in the eye of the beholder. Romanticising one’s perception of these portraits through the use of warm, surreal colours allows for a dream-like aesthetic

My time at Loughborough University School of Arts has increased my skills in communication and critical analysis and has really tested me as an individual to manage my own projects and progress. Developing traditional techniques including canvas stretching, oil painting and printmaking has allowed me to advance in my practice and play to my own strengths when building a portfolio post-graduation. The curation of the Graduate Degree show also developed my skills in communication and organisation.

Head GirlFullbrook Sixth Form
