Pitching, commissioning and editing all print, digital, video/animation, podcast and social content for brands.
Liaising with agents, securing all campaign talent, negotiating fees, managing contracts, and managing related social media activity.
Working with project management, design, video and social teams to create content from pitch to page, assisting with design, animation, video and podcast treatments, shoots, screen tests and scripts.
Working with legal team to ensure all campaigns are compliant.
Managing the commercial editor including career development, KPI setting, reviews, training and workload, plus any freelance resource.
