As an Artist Liasion, I was working backstage to ensure all artists and performers were comfortably looked after and coordinated through the festival sites. During Bestival, a 4-day music festival in Dorset, I was required to prioritise and delegate tasks in collaboration with the wider events team to seamlessly provide support for performers from artist accreditation, organising transport and working around unexpected changes in traffic and scheduling.
