During my time spent at Embassy CES as an activity leader my key responsibilities included:
- leading and supervising activities and trips at the centre as well as off-campus, in a clear and informative way
- planning and preparing adequately for trips or activities in general;
- engaging students in the activities by communicating with them;
- promoting tolerance and respect, ensuring that the students are disciplined at all times;
- ensuring that a proper level of welfare and safety of all students is maintained during the activities
- carrying out residential duties, supervising the students during their meals and bed times
