    Supported on 15+ projects ranging from short courses, mentorships and bootcamps that aim to see Black women and non binary upskill and enter or re-enter the tech space; with the goal of them eventually filling senior positions. Create forms, spreadsheets and monitor the inputted information e.g. applications, tracking, planning, attendance, enrolment forms, student agreements. Create and plan newsletters, social media posts, promotional information packs for Coding Black Females, curate communications between Project Managers and learners e.g. emails via drip, slack communications. I have become the Project Manager for ‘Self Led Courses’ - which will see 200+ Black women and non binary, from underprivileged backgrounds, gain new skills and employment through our pool of partners. Created project plans for each self led course, confident communication with all stakeholders (partners, instructors, mentors, learners), added the application to the backend of the Coding Black Females website.
