- Shanghai Modern Art Museum & RiverbankThe Halcyon Riverbank stretches over half a kilometer along the bank of the Huangpu river. The project is a rejuvenation of the riverbank, old docks and coal house. The destination comprises of elevated walkways, bespoke retail, Modern Art Museum, restaurants, bars, The Halcyon Art Gallery and private club. The Museum alone takes 3000 visitors per day.
- Bargate QuarterAir is playing a central role in the positioning and marketing of the Bargate Quarter, an ambitious mixed-use development in the heart of Southampton. The regeneration of the old Bargate Shopping Centre is bringing a 1,000 year old monument back to life and reconnecting Southampton city centre. Our mission was to eradicate the legacy of a failed 1980s covered shopping centre to deliver a create a vibrant, aspirational open air scheme that celebrates Southampton’s proud heritage.
