- Spearheading and producing a programme of three educational workshops for all female artists involved in AWAN Festival 2018 (across all artistic disciplines)
- Created a proposal for the programme, alongside a budget plan. Booked venue at the Arab British Centre
- Researched and secured expert speakers (email and phone) for the programme whilst liaising with artists in tailoring the programme to their needs (workshop themes are on environmental sustainability, finance and creative entrepreneurship and outreach work and artistic thinking)
- Confirmed speakers; Dr. Siân Prime (Director of MA Creative and Cultural Entrepreneurship at Goldsmiths), Sholeh Johnston (Clore Fellow and Head of Creative Programmes at Julie’s Bicyle’s) and Amerah Saleh (Yemeni Spoken Word artist and winner of Youth 4 Excellence Award 2014)
