Working with both the Marketing and Artist Management teams, the responsibilities of my employment have been varied, as follows:
- Wrote blog posts and formatted Bridgeman Editions webpage
- Created and formatted press releases
- Managed all social media platforms, posting on behalf of the company
- Supported the Artist Management team at various events, representing the company while selling to clients and communicating with press
- Promoted the Bridgeman Studio Award 2018 to universities nationwide over the phone and through email correspondence
- Liaised directly with artists regarding their sales and subscriptions to the services provided, to reach sales targets and ensure client satisfaction while managing paperwork and creating invoices
- Researched and suggested potential artists and art clients
- Researched and monitored trends, collating company assets that correspond to trends
- Produced invoices for artists and customers for sales
- Designed and distributed emails through softwares such as mailchimp and dotmailer
- Provided art handling for commercial side of the business
