During my time at T.H Baker I was put in charge of Gucci Jewelry and also Thomas Sabo, this meant i had to keep on top of promotions and making sure all the correct collections were out and making sure everything was looking perfect for the customers. I was also in charge of the product displays around the store within every brand to make the products appealing to customers making them want to try them on and purchase them. I went on training days with Gucci so I have insider knowledge of what fashion brands are heading for in the future. This job also made me feel confident and comfortable working with high end brands.

I worked at Coop for 2 years and during my time worked my way up to supervisor role. This entailed working fast paste and being in charge of the store as well as the colleges in the store at the time. I was also in charge of cashing up tills every evening and also on a Sunday and inputting it all onto the computer online. My shifts were very intense which i liked as i was never doing the same thing day-to-day as there were a lot of customer and staff queries to deal with so you never knew what was going to come up. I enjoyed my time there and being able to work my way up in the company was really positive and a great achievement in such a sort space of time and also only being 16-18 at the time
