• Supporting both wider e-commerce and digital marketing functions, artworking campaign creative and developing engaging digital treatments.
• Designing wireframes and accompanying commercial content for weekly bidiurnal marketing emails across global markets.
• Supporting the CRM team, designing email automations to improve the customer journey post purchase and in cases of lapsing/abandon basket.
• Designing weekly editorial layouts for key landing pages, including discover and extended product descriptions.
• Generating onsite content to further support commercial opportunities such as product and campaign launches.
• Creating concept decks/ pitching creative ideas to the Content Strategist, Senior Digital Marketing Manager and wider e-commerce team.
• Optimising work-flow by engaging in self initiated briefs aligned with brand activations/ highlights within the e-commerce calendar.
• Preparing all e-commerce assets for use onsite, display banners, affiliates and digital partnerships.
• Supporting user research activities, generating assets for usability testing, delivering prototypes for internal validation and demonstration of concepts.
• Responsible for the creation of interfaces and interactions for new and existing website functionality such as shop by style.

• Designed and developed various branding identity routes, icons, colour-ways, promotional materials for Facebook, Instagram and Twitter for

• Working closely with the commercial manager to identify, concept and design promotional visuals for limited availability vinyl, intended for sale. on Flash Sale Records online store.
• Setting up artist pages enabling Apple Pre-Add, Spotify Pre-save and email capture features.
• Sourced/edited images for UMG blogging platforms and individual artist pages.
