About me
Highly motivated and experienced Executive Assistant and Event Manager – I have a real passion for people, creativity and organisation. I enjoy producing a slick week-to-week diary for executives and therefore increasing colleagues’ efficiency and productivity. Included in this are well executed large meetings, events and conferences – I like to add a personal touch wherever possible. With a strong eye for detail and design I am highly skilled in Microsoft Office Suite, and possess a particular knack for producing eye catching PowerPoint and Prezi presentations. I excel in managing all kinds of people, writing copy for websites, events, social media etc. and thoroughly enjoy public speaking and running training courses for various subjects. Offering 7 years’ experience within events, secretarial and project management-based roles, I am looking for my next role where I can use my skills to make a real impact on a business, make it better and carry on learning while doing so. Coming from a theatre and performance background and training I can't wait to use those skills to meet new people and also work in a sector that is creative and fast paced.

Key responsibilities at my current role include: Manage CEO and C-Suites’ diaries across time zones Plan, chair and minute board meetings Book travel for board of directors Build and manage PA team, implementing ways of working, new booking systems and improving our communications. As well as conducting appraisals, setting objectives and encouraging learning and development Monthly expenses reconciliation for myself and CEO Liaise with IT and facilities for smooth running of office for senior leadership team Liaise with HR team to ensure people projects and benefit packages are timely and on target Build presentations for senior leadership team – shown in client pitches, events and internal meetings Assist marketing team with client events held in house Write copy for social media , events collateral and internal communications using intranet CMS Run quarterly training sessions across UK offices in PowerPoint and Writing effective copy Support CEO & COO through management buyout and office openings and closures worldwide Carry our personal support such as flight booking, gift buying, family appointments etc.
