Projects
- Manipulated PerceptionsGraduate collection focusing on glitches. This project explores the negative connotations surrounding glitches, and diminishing these using interesting drawing and printing techniques. I researched the term 'wabi-sabi', which is the concept of finding imperfection within art, and this being the most interesting and beautiful aspect of a design. Below are images of woolen fabric I have screen printed using dyes.

New Designers ExhibitorEdinburgh College of Art
- 52 Upper St, London N1 0QH, UKFreelance
Exhibited my graduate collection at New Designers 2017. My collection included printed samples as well as fully constructed garments. It was a great opportunity to network with other designers and be able to speak to people in industry. This experience developed my communication skills, as I spoke to anyone who approached my stand and talked about my work and the processes involved.

This college course was very diverse as I learned many new skills. I learned a lot about effective ways to present sketchbook work, portfolio preparation, screen printing, embroidery, drawing, pattern cutting, garment construction and CAD. This prepared me for progression on to University, and the skills I learned here allowed me to explore concepts more in-depth, due to the experience I gained at college.
