I am an enthusiastic and passionate Graphic Designer from New Zealand. Skilled in print design and experienced in digital design, I love to work in a range of different design fields. I have two years experience working in house on a variety of brands and projects including POS design, magazine layout, billboard advertisements, catalogues, greeting card illustration, stationery design, social media, branding, and packaging. I have another years experience of freelance design where I worked on painting projects, mural projects, small branding projects, fashion photography shoots, and spent time with renowned New Zealand advertising agency JustONE working on advertising and rebranding. As I designer I enjoy working in fashion and fine arts, and love to apply my skills to a range of different styles. As a human I like dogs, beaches, hummus, and wine.Locked Pro Plan feature
Working for New Zealander's leading retail group, I worked for multiple brands under The James Pascoe Group. Brands I was in charge of were Stewart Dawsons & Goldmark (both jewellery stores), while working closely with Whitcoulls (stationery and book store), Stevens (kitchenware), Angus and Coote and Pascoes (both jewellery stores) amongst a team of five designers.
This project involved AUT University commissioning me to work with three other artists, to create a series of paintings to raise money for Middlemore Hospital. I attended various meetings, interviews, and had my A1 sized painting sold at a renowned Auckland art event, raising thousands for the Middlemore Hospital childrens charity.
Working at one of New Zealand leading advertising agencies, I worked on branding for the Genesis Energy account, as well as conceptual work for NZ bus and Farmers projects. My job here involved concept and development work, and pitching ideas to the creative director.
As well as studying a range of Graphic Design papers, I also studied photography, illustration, book binding, screen printing, and a range of history and culture papers.
