Design Creative with specific focus on Womenswear Design and Womenswear / Menswear Wholesale. Experience within the Industry at both High Street and High End level, particular interest in ecological/sustainable fashion - experienced working with manufacturing within the UK. I have worked on great brands and had the opportunity to design and work alongside great teams – creating modern, stylish and progressive collections. I have substantial experience in Customer Care and Management. Multiple seasons spent in Wholesale Showrooms presenting the latest collection to buyers. This I feel has contributed to my confidence in not only communication but also the ability to represent a brand in a sophisticated way.

    Responsible for all ecommerce and higher-level retail customer management for Menswear Tailing brand Oliver Spencer. Acting as the main channel of communication between the customer and brand; using platforms such as Zendesk it was my job to manage queries quickly and effectively. I liaised with stores in order to ensure productive stock movement, creating IBT’s and generating weekly replenishment from our warehouse. Stock management; pulling new lines into store and close working relationship with the warehouse to manage stock between store and wholesale clients. Working alongside my Ecommerce manager to increase online sales as well as identify and encourage London based web customers into stores. Introduced a VIP system into Magento to flag loyal customers this created a reward system and allowed us to offer exclusive, individual service to drive revenue. Weekly and Monthly sales reports allowed us to analyse sales figures by category, store, web and region. We could then react to this accordingly be it stock movement, new design development initiative or target specific marketing.

    Alongside studying at Ravensbourne, in my final year I was part of a small team of students who put together our end of year show, publication features and lookbook. This included putting a pitch together to present back to a board requesting funding for our show, which was subsequently granted. As a team we then organised a Lookbook shoot liaising with photographer and model agencies. The final show was put together utilising the help of broadcast and production students at Ravensbourne.
